Rhonda Vetere is the Chief Technology Officer at Estee Lauder Companies. She is responsible for all global technology, insourcing and outsourcing for the 30 brands across ELC.
Throughout her career, she has spearheaded 13 successful global mergers. Her ability to consistently deliver resulted in 6 industry nominations for implementations of global data centers. In addition, recognized in the Industry by Gartner for how to run Global Operations/Infrastructure across multiple technology domains and how to come up with a strategic location strategy for help desk/contact center and technology operations. She has managed up to Teams of 10,000 associates globally and lived overseas in several places throughout her career. Her last X-Pat role was in London for 3 years.
Prior to joining ELC in December, she was the SVP at AIG for Global Infrastructure. In this global role, she is responsible for running the change and run functions of global technology. This included the 33 Service Desks around the world, all of desktop engineering, insourcing, outsourcing, email, architecture, network, design, storage, mainframe, citrix, active directory, mobility, and unified communications. This technology supported over 70,000 associates for AIG. She is accountable for transforming old technology throughout all of the Lines of Businesses around the World for AIG into the state of the art environment in 132 Countries around the World.
