Over 25 years in IT Glenn has moved through operations , automation , service delivery, disaster recovery and service management. He has implemented ITIL and both as an ITIL Manager (V2) and Expert (V3). Glenn is also a qualified DC Professional.

 In his spare time Glenn runs training for Data Centre Managers and is President of the AFCOM Victoria Chapter for DC Managers.
