Paul Dwyer

Regional Lead of Data Centres Team
JLL

JLL has a long-established capability in the data centre sector, and they’re investing further. The firm has been actively attracting the specialist data centre experts to the team, and Paul is leading the way.

Paul is responsible for all facets of the data centres business at JLL. From research and consulting, site acquisition, due diligence, brokerage, corporate client transactions to critical infrastructure, Paul advises clients on all data centre needs and oversees their operations.

Joining JLL in 2016, Paul has been part of the data centre industry since 2012. While with Colliers International in Hong Kong, he looked after site selection and market reporting on the Hong Kong warehouse market, site acquisition, colocation reporting and transactions. He then joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as the joint lead for the APAC data centres advisory group.

Having started his time as an industrial broker, Paul understands that the requirements for site acquisition and expansion need to be paired with the procurement of infrastructures. On top of this, his knowledge of the data centres space across the region, including specific client needs and locations, allows him to provide an expert point of view on all primary and emerging data centre markets.
